Our good friend Nick and the guys over at GURU tattoo recently had a show  at Canvas LA called “Commitment” The show consists of 18 full body suit paintings that showcase the connection of art and tattooing on the human canvas.

Here’s a close up of one of Nicks painting’s. The detail that went into these is amazing, most of them were done with watercolor..

I don’t remember who’s painting this was but it was by far one of the favorites. The colors used and how he incorporated everything to flow so good was amazing.

Adam Hathorn really showed that staying within the lines isn’t necessary in order to make something stand out 

The size of the paintings is just unreal plus you have the thick wood framing that makes it pop that much more. Your looking at least 100 hours of work into each painting.

If your ever in the Fairfax district Canvas LA is a must.

Eine did several pieces around Fairfax and Melrose the day befor his debut show in LA and the only way to see them is if you get there before all shops open..
